SC State Law requires a licensed SC Contractor to complete this application and obtain the building permit. If the job is still out to bid, please list contractor as TBD and input your information. A building permit will not be issued until an application from a licensed contractor is submitted. **Contractors must hold a current bond for work over $5k**
