1. How do I get a copy of an incident report?

You may receive an incident report by submitting the  Request an incident report form. You can choose to receive the report by e-mail, fax or picking it up from the Fire Department Headquarters at 100 Ann Edwards Lane, Mount Pleasant, SC 29464.

2. My smoke alarm is not functioning. What should I do?

Call Fire Department Headquarters at (843) 884-0623 for more information. A firefighter will schedule an appointment and perform a courtesy inspection. The MPFD provides smoke alarms free of charge to the residents of Mount Pleasant.

3. What is Mount Pleasant's ISO rating?

The ISO rating is Class 2.

4. I have a small child and want to make sure my car seat is installed properly. Who should I call?
