Mount Pleasant, S.C. (May 18, 2023) - Owners Elias and Melody Garcia with Director Sarah Vandewege and their team, joined by Councilmembers John Iacofano and Howard Chapman, P.E., partnering with Mount Pleasant Chamber of Commerce Director Rebecca Imholz and Chamber Board Members, celebrated the grand opening of The Learning Experience with a ribbon-cutting ceremony. The new business is located at 407 Faison Road.
The Learning Center is an academy of early education with a mission to make a positive difference in the lives of children, their families, and the community. Using their L.E.A.P (Learning Experience Academic Program), The Learning Experience focuses on hands-on activities to help children develop intellectually, socially, and cognitively. They make the experience fun with a cast of animal-based characters that help educate new values and activities.
The Mount Pleasant location participates in initiatives, such as the "Let's Grant Wishes" campaign partnered with Make-A-Wish to grant wishes and inspire hope for hundreds of children.
