Mount Pleasant, S.C. (September 27, 2021) - Owner Jennifer Higley, M.Ed., LPC, together with Mount Pleasant Council Member Kathy Landing, and Mount Pleasant Chamber of Commerce President-elect Michael Cochran, participated in the ribbon-cutting ceremony for Wildflower Center for Counseling, located at 774 S. Shelmore Blvd., Suite 108.
Wildflower Center for Counseling recently expanded to a newly renovated space in Mount Pleasant. A growing public focus on mental health has given them the opportunity to accommodate more therapists with diverse specialties and services, and offer group counseling. Group therapy at Wildflower Center for Counseling is evidence-based and provides a healthy balance between structured therapeutic psychoeducation and free-flowing conversations between participants.
"Our qualified clinicians are ready to meet the needs of our clients,” Jennifer said. "We are excited to work with clients ages 5 and up who may face a variety of challenges and concerns."
