Mount Pleasant, S.C. (March 19, 2021) - Co-owner Erin DiNicola, together with Mount Pleasant Council Member Howard Chapman and Mount Pleasant Chamber of Commerce Member Rebecca Imholz, today attended the ribbon-cutting ceremony for RISE: CrossFit & Total Body Wellness located at 620 Long Point Road Unit M.
RISE: CrossFit & Total Body Wellness is owned and operated by Sondra Kilian and Eric DiNicola. This is the Town's first high-end CrossFit box to offer comprehensive, Montessori-style childcare and amenities specifically for women. DiNicola and Kilian bring a wealth of collective experience and passion to this space. Kilian is a serial entrepreneur and business owner, and DiNicola is a fitness professional who also currently owns FIT4MOM Charleston. They both have children of their own and strongly believe that it is important for mothers to have a network of support.
In addition to a full schedule of classes, personal training, and nutrition coaching, RISE also offers boutique amenities such as an infrared sauna, a monthly women’s empowerment speaker series, beauty services, and a coffee and wine bar. To promote their grand opening, RISE is offering free InBody scans for all new members who sign up in April 2021.
“We believe in the power of women and are proud to have created a space where our members can grow in both their physical and emotional strength,” said Erin. Sondra went on to say, "This community focused on total body wellness can ultimately change the trajectory of your life and the legacy you leave for your children.”
RISE: CrossFit & Total Body Wellness offers a variety of classes Monday through Saturday. View more information on their website and follow them on Facebook and Instagram to stay up to date. You can also email or call them directly at (843) 352-7086.
