Garden like a native! By using native plants you can help protect our natural resources and provide critical habitat in your own yard. With native plants, your garden is adapted to our climate. Native plants require less water and fertilizer, which reduces run-off and helps protect our source water. There will be a great selection of native plants with many hard-to-find species… colorful perennials, shrubs, trees, grasses, ferns and edibles available. A link to the plant list is available from the provided links. Volunteers are also needed to help with the event.
