MOUNT PLEASANT, S.C. (September 23, 2016) - The Town of Mount Pleasant celebrated the grand opening of phase II of the Shem Creek Park capital improvement project in August.
The completion of this phase allowed the Town to expand the park to a total of 1170 linear feet of walking space. Doubling the existing walkable space.
With the extension of the newly constructed boardwalk, patrons can now walk from the Coleman Boulevard Bridge all the way down to the existing pier structure at the end of the walkway.
