MOUNT PLEASANT, SC (November 5, 2015 ) - Golden Bear Realty, a Nicklaus family-owned company, recently kicked off its official grand opening with a ribbon cutting and reception at their office located at 654 Coleman Blvd., Suite 100.
Golf legend Jack Nicklaus, Golden Bear Realty President Michael Nicklaus, and Golden Bear Realty COO Todd Vance, along with Mount Pleasant Mayor Linda Page and Council Members Chris O'Neal, Mark Smith and Elton Carrier cut the ribbon. The event was followed by a reception under the stars at the Cooper River Room.
“We are delighted to welcome Golden Bear Realty to Mount Pleasant,” said Mayor Page, “and we congratulate them on their successful family realty venture.”

Golden Bear Realty is a boutique-style agency with several offices throughout Palm Beach County, Florida. Their new Mount Pleasant office is the first in South Carolina.
Earlier this year, Golden Bear Realty announced their partnership with the Medical University of South Carolina (MUSC) to support their efforts to build the new MUSC Shawn Jenkins Children's Hospital. Golden Bear Realty will soon be donating a portion of every transaction to MUSC.
