Online Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) Requests 

foiaBy submitting the freedom of information request forms below, you acknowledge that you have read and understand all the information contained within the Town's document and information request policy

Maps including data such as zoning, height, future land use, aerials, and flood zone information can e found on our website using the GIS maps.  If you would like a map of an area of the Town, it can easily be created through our online GIS maps.  Please see the overview of our GIS for additional information.

Elevation certificates, certificates of occupancy, site plans (showing footprint of building), transportation files, flood zone determinations, building permit files, and drainage files can be requested online through our website by submitting a freedom of information request to the Engineering and Development Services Department.
