Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) Requests 

By submitting the freedom of information request forms below, you acknowledge that you have read and understand all the information contained within the Town's document and information request policy. 

Limited staff capabilities due to COVID-19 may hinder our ability to provide timely responses to your request. SC Code Sec. 30-4-30 (c) provides: the various response, determination, and production deadlines provided by this subsection are subject to extension by written mutual agreement of the public body and the requesting party at issue, and this agreement shall not be unreasonably withheld.  Based on the above, we intend to toll the applicable deadlines to reply by 15 business days.

Maps including data such as zoning, height, future land use, aerials, and flood zone information can be found on our website using the GIS maps.  Maps of specific areas of the Town, can easily be created through our online GIS.  Please see the overview of our GIS for additional information.
